A milkshake in the fridge will melt quickly.
Crush mints:
Coarsely crush with a meat mallet or heavy skillet.
Reserve 1 tablespoon of the crushed mints, and set aside.

Pour evenly into 2 tall glasses, and sprinkle with reserved crushed mints.
