3/4cupshredded Swiss cheese

1/2cupmayonnaise

1/4cupgrated Parmesan cheese

2tablespoonsminced shallot

3/4teaspoonblack pepper

1/2teaspoonkosher salt

1thawed and drained 15-oz.

packagefrozen chopped collard greens

Baguette slices

Directions

Stir together 1 softened 8-oz.

minced shallot, 34 tsp.

black pepper, and 12 tsp.

Fold in 1 thawed, drained 15-oz.

package frozen chopped collard greens.

Spread in a 3- to 4-cup baking dish; top with 14 cup each shredded Swiss and grated Parmesan.

Bake at 375F until bubbly, 30 to 35 minutes.

Serve with baguette slices.
