apple cider vinegar
1Tbsp.
table salt, or to taste
1/4tsp.

Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Then you add vinegar, sugar, Dijon mustard, and poppy seeds.
A bit of salt and pepper finishes off a classic, creamy, tangy dressing.

For the ideal coleslaw, add dressing to coleslaw no more than 30 minutes before serving.
Too long, and the cabbage will lose its crunch.
Green cabbage is classic for coleslaw, but we love red cabbage, too.

The color will leak just a bit, though.
you might also use Napa and Savory cabbage.
