Coat 11- x 7-inch baking dish with cooking spray.

Add casserole filling to baking dish:

Transfer to an 11- x 7-inch baking dish.

Top with remaining 1 cup onions and 1/4 cup cheese.

Uncover, and continue to bake until cheese is golden, about 20 minutes.

Remove from oven, and let stand 10 minutes.
