Its smooth, creamy texture is a cross between American sour cream and French creme fraiche.
Use it in place of plain sour cream ontaco salad.

How To Store Cilantro-Lime Crema
Crema can be made up to two days in advance.
Refrigerate in an airtight container; the flavors will continue to develop as the ingredients mingle.
Adjust the consistency with an additional splash of lime juice, if needed, before serving.

Ingredients
1/2cupsour cream
1/4cupchopped fresh cilantro
2Tbsp.mayonnaise
1tsp.lime zest, plus 1 Tbsp.
Chill crema:
Cover and chill at least 15 minutes or until ready to serve.
Refrigerate in an airtight container up to 2 days.
