1 1/2cupsfrozen corn, thawed (from 1 [10-oz.]
1(14 1/2-oz.)
candiced tomatoes
1/2cuptap water
1(10 1/2-oz.)

Prepare spaghetti according to package directions.
Drain, and set aside at room temperature in a medium bowl until ready to use.
Cook over medium-high, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through, about 7 minutes.

Drain ground beef, discarding grease, and set aside.
(Do not wipe skillet clean.)
Return ground beef to skillet.

Add peas, corn, diced tomatoes, and water, stirring until well blended.
Cook, stirring occasionally, until heated through, 4 to 5 minutes.
Add spaghetti to ground beef mixture, and toss until evenly combined.

Top evenly with 1 cup of the Cheddar.
Repeat layering with remaining spaghetti mixture.
Top with remaining 1 cup Cheddar.
