Ginger beer adds a little ginger heat, but it isn’t spicy.

Cranberry juice adds the beautiful jewel-tone color and tart juiciness, and brandy adds notes of vanilla.

The brandy is faint but can sneak up on you if you arent sure how many you have had.

)bottle pure unsweetened cranberry juice

2(6.8-oz.

Bring to a boil over high, stirring often, until sugar is dissolved, about 2 minutes.

Pour mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a punch bowl; discard solids.

Cover and chill 1 hour or until ready to serve.

Garnish with orange and lime slices, cranberries, and rosemary sprigs.

Recipe Note

To make a non-alcoholic punch, replace brandy with 1 cup club soda.
