1cupcreamy peanut butter

4tsp.coconut oil

1tsp.vanilla extract

5cups(10 oz.

)chow mein noodles(from 1 [12-oz.]

Combine chocolate chips, peanut butter, coconut oil, and vanilla in a large microwave-safe bowl.

Microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth and melted, about 2 1/2 minutes.

Add noodles:

Add chow mein noodles and stir gently until all noodles are coated.

Sprinkle with flaky salt, if using.
