Ingredients For Chocolate Crinkle Cookies
You likely have most of these ingredients in your fridge and pantry.
It takes the cookie flavor from good to greatjust trust us!
)all-purpose flour
1/2cupunsweetenedcocoa
1tsp.instantespresso powder
1/2tsp.baking soda
1/2tsp.baking powder
1/2tsp.kosher salt
1/2cup(about 2 oz.

Add eggs, and beat on medium until smooth, about 1 minute.
Scoop cookie dough and roll in powdered sugar:
Preheat oven to 325F.
Line 2 rimmed baking sheets with parchment paper, and set aside.

Place powdered sugar in a small bowl.
Scoop heaping tablespoons of dough, and roll between palms to form balls.
Place each dough ball, 1 at a time, in powdered sugar.

Roll in powdered sugar until dough ball is completely covered.
Gently lift dough ball out of bowl, and place on a prepared baking sheet.
Repeat process with remaining dough balls and powdered sugar, spacing dough balls about 3 inches apart.

(Discard any remaining powdered sugar.)
Bake cookies:
Bake until edges are set and centers are puffed, 10 to 12 minutes.
Let cool on baking sheets completely.
