We do not recommend freezing chocolate-covered marshmallows.
The chocolate can sweat after thawing, and the toppings may no longer stick.

Ingredients
Marshmallows:
1(12 oz.)

pkg.semisweet chocolate chips
1/2Tbsp.coconut oil
1/4tsp.vanilla extract
1(16 oz.)
pkg.regular-size marshmallows
4 in.
Pour marshmallows into a large bowl.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Microwave on HIGH in 20-second increments until chocolate is melted and smooth.
Dip marshmallows:
Secure 1 marshmallow on the end of each lollipop stick.

One at a time, submerge each marshmallow in chocolate to coat.
Immediately sprinkle with toppings, if using.
