Thaw overnight in the refrigerator, if frozen, before serving.
(3 oz.)
unsalted butter, melted
1/4cupgranulated sugar
1/2tsp.kosher salt
1/2cupheavy whipping cream
2(8-oz.)

cream cheese, softened
1/2cupsour cream
1cup(about 4 oz.)
powdered sugar
1tsp.vanilla extract
1(21-oz.)
can cherry pie filling
Directions
Make crumb crust:
Preheat oven to 350F.

Press mixture evenly into bottom of an 11- x 7-inch baking dish.
Bake in preheated oven until crust is toasty and edges are golden, 12 to 14 minutes.
Transfer baking dish to a wire rack; let crust cool completely, about 45 minutes.

Set whipped cream aside.
Add powdered sugar and vanilla; beat until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes.
Spoon cream cheese mixture into cooled crust; smooth top using a small offset spatula.
