Ingredients

4thick-cut, bonelesspork chops(about 1 in.

1/2tsp.seasoned salt

1/2tsp.ground black pepper

1tsp.vegetable oil

1(10-oz.)

Add the pork chops and brown on both sides, 2 to 3 minutes per side.

Stir in 3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese.

Scoop over the pork chops in the skillet.

Bake the pork chops:

Bake for 15 minutes.

Remove from the oven, and sprinkle with the remaining 1/4 cup cheese and the scallions.
