This easy Cheerwine cake is a hit at potlucks and parties.
So while it might look impressive, it’s deceptively easy.
What Is Cheerwine?

Cheerwineis almost as synonymous with the South assweet tea.
We start with a box of white cake mix.
Prepare a 10-cup Bundt cake pan with baking spray with flour or grease and flour pan.

Mix on medium speed for 3 minutes, scraping down the sides when needed.
Add the food coloring and mix until combined.
Once mixed, add more food coloring if needed to get the vivid pink color you prefer.

Make glaze:
While the cake cools, prepare the glaze.
Add all glaze ingredients to a medium bowl and stir using a spatula.
Dont use a whisk or mixer, as this will whip in too much air.

This glaze will be very thick and stirrable, but not pourable!
(Trust the process.)
The glaze will slowly seep down the sides, creating a beautiful frosting that doesn’t run or disappear.
