How To Store Leftover Caramel Apple Dip
Wrap and refrigerate leftover dip up to three days.
The sugar topping will start to soften and liquefy, but it will still be delicious.
Add dip to ramekin:
Spoon mixture into a 10-oz.

ramekin; level and smooth surface with a spatula.
Cover and chill 2 to 8 hours.
Prepare oven:
Preheat broiler with oven rack 5 inches from heat.

Add sugar to top of dip:
Sprinkle granulated sugar over mixture in ramekin.
Make ice bath:
Fill an 8-inch cake pan with ice; place ramekin in pan.
Broil sugar:
Broil 3 to 5 minutes or until sugar is melted and caramelized.

Let stand 5 minutes.
Serve with apple slices.
Use a blowtorch if you have one!

If you don’t have brown sugar on hand, you might substitute with granulated sugar.
Add a drizzle of molasses into the mix if you have it for that classic brown sugar flavor.
