Variations for Bacon Crackers
Make these bacon crackers more personal to your tastes.
Add ingredients like hot sauce, jalapenos, and crushed red pepper on top of the bacon.
Serve with acreamy dipor dollop each one with a herb-infused sour cream dollop.

10 to 12center-cut baconslices, cut into 3 1/4- to 3 1/2-in.
Arrange crackers on an oven-safe wire rack fitted over a large rimmed baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
Add maple syrup:
Brush 2 tablespoons of the maple syrup evenly over bacon.

Add pepper, and serve:
Transfer to a serving platter.
Serve warm with a few grinds of pepper, if desired.
