Can You Freeze Cake Batter?

make a run at bake within the first month of storage for the ideal texture.
Thaw in the refrigerator overnight, then bring to room temperature before baking.
If your batter has separated, you’ll want to mix to bring it back together before using.

Can Cake Batter Be Refrigerated?
The same is true for batters made with whipped cream or other delicate ingredients.
Cool your cake layers orcupcakescompletely, then wrap tightly with plastic wrap to prevent freezer burn.

you might wrap again in foil for added protection, or transfer to an airtight container or zip-top bag.
Freeze for up to three months.
Avoid freezing whipped toppings that may change in texture after thawing, likewhipped cream.
