Ingredients
8oz.thick-cut bacon, chopped (about 2 cups)
1medium-size(8 oz.
Transfer, using a slotted spoon, to a paper towel-lined plate; set aside.
Reserve bacon drippings in Dutch oven.

Taste and season with additional salt, if needed.
