These Butterscotch Bird Nest Cookies are so easy to make.

Butterscotch and peanut butter are melted together in the microwave, then folded into crunchy chow mein noodles.

If butterscotch isnt your thing, try out ourchocolate version of these birds nest cookies!

Ingredients

1(11 oz.)

bagbutterscotch chips

1(5 oz.)

Combine the butterscotch chips and peanut butter together in a medium microwave-safe container.

Microwave on HIGH in 10-second increments, stirring every 10 seconds, until smooth.

Do not overheat the butterscotch chips or the mixture will become hard and unworkable.

Stir gently until all noodles are coated.

Be careful not to break too many of the noodles.

Immediately add three candy eggs to the center to make your birds nests.

Chill for about 15 minutes to harden before serving.

Store the cookies in an airtight container on the counter or in the fridge for up to a week.
