Ingredients
1Tbsp.kosher salt
8oz.
Add noodles and cook according to the time listed on the package or until pasta is al dente.
Drain pasta, and return to pot.

Add butter and cheese:
Add butter and pepper, and toss until melted.
Add cheese, tossing quickly until melted.
Taste and add more salt or pepper, if desired.

Serve:
Transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle with additional cheese, if using.
