What Is A Galette?
The first is to keep your puff pastry thawed but chilled.
Don’t rush the process.

Bake until the crust is a deep golden brown and the filling is bubbling.

Place blueberry mixture in center of pastry, leaving a 1 1/2-inch border around edges.

Apply egg wash:
Whisk together egg and 1 tablespoon water in a small bowl.
Brush pastry edges with egg wash, and sprinkle with turbinado sugar.
Remove from oven; cool slightly, about 15 minutes.

Transfer galette to a serving plate, and serve with whipped cream.
Yesif using frozen blueberries, thaw slightly and drain before using.
