Flatten chicken:
Place chicken between two pieces of plastic wrap.
Use a meat mallet to pound the chicken to an even thickness, about 1/2 inch thick.
Add 1/4 cup barbecue sauce and toss to coat the chicken.

Place the chicken on the prepared pan.
Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
