To make baked Brie bites, you’ll need:

What Is Phyllo?

You may have tried it in baklava or spanakopitatwo popular dishes that use phyllo as a base.

Bake directly from the freezer, adding a few extra minutes to the baking time as needed.

Refrigerate for up to five days.

Note that the shells may become a bit soggy over time.

Arrange pastry shells on a rimmed baking sheet.

Assemble Brie bites:

Cut Brie into 24 very small pieces.

Spoon 1/4 teaspoon jelly into each shell; top evenly with Brie pieces and pecans.

Bake bites:

Bake in preheated oven until cheese is melted, 7 to 8 minutes.

Sprinkle with salt; serve immediately.

In a pinch, feel free to use puff pastry shells in the place of phyllo shells.

They’ll have a flaky and tender texture that’s just as delicious as phyllo.
