Apple pie bars can be easily frozen.

They can then be stored in the freezer for up to three months.
Thaw overnight in the fridge and let each one come to room temperature on the counter before eating.

Cover and transfer to freezer until needed.
Add butter and cut into the flour mixture until butter is cully combined and a shaggy dough forms.
