First, the size of the potatoes will greatly impact timings.

Average, medium-sized sweet potatoes usually cook in about 40 minutes.

Larger potatoes will need more time.

Also, how many potatoes you put in the air fryer will impact cook time.

Air fryers cook food by circulating hot air around the food on all sides.

Potatoes should not be stacked on top of one another.

Ideally, they also won’t touch.

Typical air fryers are made to hold two or three potatoes, but no more.

Anoven-baked sweet potatois your best bet for larger servings.

Keep things simple with a sprinkle of herbs and spices, like cinnamon-sugar, cumin, or chili powder.

Get creative with leftovers.

Add cooked shredded or diced chicken that you toss in barbecue sauce.
