Add crumbled goat cheese and everything bagel seasoning to air fryer asparagus for a fast and impressive side.
An air fryer is essentially a tiny convection oven.
Because it’s so small, it can heat quickly and cook far more efficiently than larger ovens.

How To Trim Asparagus
You don’t need to shave asparagus before you cook it.
This little knobs along the stalk are perfectly edible and will soften as the spears cook.
But you will need to trim asparagus before it goes into the air fryer.
These woody ends are edible, but they tend to be rough and difficult to chew.
This extra time helps to gently melt the cheese and finish roasting the spears.
How Long To Cook Air Fryer Asparagus
Air fryer asparagus will be cooked in about 8 minutes.
If you like your asparagus a little more snappy, cook for less time.
Check the spears at 6 minutes to gauge how quickly they’re cooking.
Add an extra minute until your asparagus is just like you like it.
Keep the cooked asparagus in your fridge for up to four days.
It is not recommended that you freeze cooked asparagus.
After thawing, frozen asparagus is often far too mushy to be enjoyable.
How To Reheat Air Fryer Asparagus
Asparagus doesn’t make a stellar next-day dish.
Most spears will turn a bit limp and lame if they’re put into fridge.
But don’t let that deter you.
