Save Citrus Rinds

Lemons, limes, and oranges arent just good for their juice inside!

If not immediately using, just cut into quarters and keep in a bag in the freezer.

Keep Leafy Tops!

Both methods also work with past-their-prime greens like kale and spinach.

Keep butter refrigerated and oil at room temp to be used for cooking or slathered straight on warm bread.

Saute Stems

When de-stemming greens, dont toss the stems out.

Just chop them up into smaller, coin-sized pieces and saute until tender, but not too soft.
