)sugar cookie mix(such as Betty Crocker, from 1 [17.5-oz.]
5cupswhite chocolate chips (about 2 lb.)
Line bottom and sides with parchment paper, leaving a 1-inch overhang on all sides.

Whisk in cookie mix until smooth and combined, about 1 minute.
Finish fudge mixture and spread in pan:
Add chocolate chips, butter, and vanilla.
Transfer to prepared pan and spread into an even layer using an offset spatula.

Add sprinkles and chill before cutting:
Top with sprinkles, pressing gently to adhere.
Chill in refrigerator, uncovered, until set, about 2 hours.
Cut into 36 pieces and store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4 days.
