Heat oil in a large saucepan or Dutch oven over medium-high.

Add sausage and cook, stirring occasionally, until browned and starting to crisp, about 5 minutes.

Add vegetable blend and cook, stirring occasionally, until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add beans and chicken stock, and bring to a boil over high.
