Over-The-Moon Chocolate Pie
This one is for all the Moon Pie fans out there.
It plays off the bright, citrus filling of this pie perfectly.
Topped with a layer of chocolate ganache, this crust is much more than the sum of its parts.

Paired with the minty filling, it gives the pie a Thin Mint cookie-like flavor.
