We’re throwing it back to a classic childhoodsummer drinkwith this Kool-Aid Pie.

Our No-Bake Lemon Icebox Pie features a cool, creamy lemon filling atop a lightly spiced gingersnap crust.
A peanut butter cookie crust holds creamy chocolate custard filling, with dollops of whipped cream crowning the top.
(Note: You do have to bake the crust for about 10 minutes in the oven.)
