But when it iscooked properly, you wont even know its there.

Second to okra, folks love to hate these legumes.
Greens
Cooked and stewed greens are a staple on Southern menus, but apparently many people arent fans!
Whether collards, mustard greens, or turnip greens this ingredient came up again and again in our survey.
Its likely due to them being overcooked, or underseasoned.

Its just one of those foods folks love or hate.
And according to our survey, there are a lot of people in the latter camp.

Congealed Salads
Not surprisingly, these jiggly, wiggly gelatin salads are a tough sell for lots of people.
One person simply said: Weird jello salads with a dollop of mayo on top.
Hummingbird Cake
To me, bananas and pineapple should never be found in the same dessert.
Based on ourHummingbird Cakes eternal popularity, I know Im in the minority on this one.
