Then move on to other areas like the tub or shower.
Save the toilet and surrounding area for last.
Mixing Cleaning Products
Bleach and ammonia have their place, but that place is NEVER together.
The combination creates a toxic gas that can be lethal.
Same goes forbleach and vinegar.
Generally, if you use bleach to clean your bathroom, don’t mix it with anything.
It’s not worth the risk!
Good old soap and water or a specially designed ceramic cleanser will do the trick.
If you think this is overkill, be aware that some people clean shower rings, too.
Skipping the Showerhead
Its easy for grime to build up onthe showerhead.
If you ever notice clogged holes or errant sprays, its likely time to clean it.
Deep clean your showerhead once a month, and sanitize it weekly to prevent buildup.
However, bathrooms can hide a lot of germs that aren’t visible without one of thoseCSIblue lights.
Don’t forget spots like doorknobs, light switches, toilet paper holders, and behind the toilet.
Emptying the trash every week isn’t enoughclean and disinfect the trash can occasionally too.
Bath mats should also be washed weekly.
Even if you might’t see any dirt or germs, they’re definitely there.
