Wipe Out the Sink
Blobs of toothpaste are not attractive.
Invest in organizational trays for the drawers and baskets under the sink so things are easy to find.
Once clear, use a disinfecting wipe to clean the counter after applying makeup or washing hands.
New or used dryer sheets are great for picking up hair from counters and floors between more thorough cleanings.
Unless the buildup is heavy, using the cloth alone without any glass cleaner will do an amazing job.
Hanging a bath towel to dry takes less than 10 seconds.
If you don’t have enough towel bars, add hooks or over-the-door towel racks.
Don’t forget to hang damp bathmats, as well.
Keep a week’s supply ofhand towelsin the linen closet.
Before you go to bed or each morning, change the towel.
Hand towels should be hung after each use and changed at least daily.
No one wants to dry their clean hands on a dirty towel!
Even better, use a sorting hamper to make laundry day easier.
A towel works best for shower and tub ledges.
Turn on the exhaust fan while showering and let it run for a few minutes while you dress.
Quicker drying equals less mildew and bacterial growth.
Use a second wipe to clean the floor around the toilet, if needed.
Sprinkle a couple of teaspoons of baking soda in the toilet to help deodorize and clean the bowl.
and be sure you have plenty of toilet paper and air freshener on hand.
Empty the Trashcan
Check the trashcan each night and empty it every few days.
Use a checklist so you don’t miss anything.
Then incorporate new daily habits to keep the bathroom clean longer.
